CONDITIONS
Cancellations must be received in writing by Co-Operacy at least 10 days prior to the course. Payment will be refunded less $150.00 for administration and venue costs incurred. Transfers to another course will incur a $75.00 charge for administration costs. A substitute participant may be negotiated before the course commences. Should a participant choose to withdraw after the first day of a course, no refunds will be given as course funds are fully committed. The leader of a course retains the right to refuse admittance to a participant either before or during a course if their behaviour is innapropriate. A certificate is awarded for a minimum of 80% attendance plus fulfilment of the course requirements.
