Creating Powerful Performance Partnerships
This two and a half-day workshop will:
- provide you with the skills and abilities to become an effective coach
- enable you to receive coaching to achieve two key goals of your own
Who should attend? Managers, project leaders, coaches, facilitators, team members, and people
committed to high performance.
This programme includes an individual pre-workshop coaching session with one of the facilitators,
the three-day workshop, and a supervised coaching session with a coachee of your choice.
Topics covered during the workshop include

- Developing a powerful coaching contract
- A simple model to use for any coaching session
- Creating strong commitment
- Developing and clarifying goals, objectives and action plans
- Using focused questioning

The Workshop Facilitators:
Anne Bailey is a former director and co- founder of Zenergy, and an international
author, facilitator, trainer and coach. Anne specialises in developing cooperative whole
person models for individuals and organizations .Anne is a rigorous and compassionate
coach who will train you to take others past what they thought possible, to a new level of
commitment and performance.
Lynley Russek will be assisting Anne on the programme. Lynley is the author of two
outstanding learning activities toolkit resources and is an inspirational facilitator,
trainer and coach. She is a well known expert in experiential learning, and generates
energy and enthusiasm with groups, making learning lots of fun.
Masterful Coaching
Masterful coaching involves challenging and supporting people in achieving
higher levels of performance while allowing them to bring out the best in
themselves and those around them. It means going through a deep learning
process that results in embodying new skills and capabilities.
